Key Findings

Transparency + Communication

Organizations where employees felt companies have been transparent about the effects of COVID-19 on the business were more than twice as likely to have their employees agree that their organization performed better than expected.

Diversity, Equity + Inclusion

Fewer than half of respondents believe their organizations have been able to attract and retain diverse talent in the past year.

Employee Mental Health

This is the gap in personal adaptation to changes in 2020 between non-managers and senior leaders.

"I continue to appreciate Entromy's approach to analyzing not only organizational health and culture, but also identifying those who help to influence our organization and visualizing how interconnected our organization really is. The data we will obtain is much deeper than previous suppliers I have utilized and the user experience is quite effortless and intuitive."
