About the job
Join Entromy, a growing, cutting-edge management insights platform trusted by 90+ private equity firms and 900+ portfolio companies to de-risk value creation.
As a member of the Customer Partnerships team, you'll play a key role in supporting high-impact customer engagements and helping deliver insights that drive value for our customers. You'll work closely with senior team members to bring our product to market and surface data that supports decision-making. You'll contribute to the success of the Customer Partnerships team, contribute to tangible results across private equity firms and their portfolio companies, while building a strong foundation for a career with measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
As a member of the Customer Partnerships team, you'll be at the heart of our customer relationships and growth:
Customer experience & relationship building
You'll support senior team members in managing customer relationships with private equity partners and portfolio company CEOs, preparing materials for executive briefings, and coordinating customer communications and meetings. You'll gain exposure to C-suite executives and private equity partners while learning how to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
Sales & growth enablement
You'll help track engagements and follow-ups across customer accounts, update and manage customer engagement within our CRM solution, and support initiatives that drive renewals and deal expansion. Your contributions will ensure the team has accurate data, well-prepared materials, and strong operational support to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Executive insights delivery
You'll help deliver the keystone moment of each engagement, the debrief, translating the platform's data into a human conversation about what it means for the customer. By staying close to customer feedback and catching risks early, you'll help turn that insight into the human-touch value that drives lasting customer success.
Cross-team collaboration
You'll gather customer feedback, document feature requests, and support internal communication to inform product enhancements. You may also help prepare marketing materials, event logistics, or industry research to increase the team's visibility and strengthen relationships within the private equity industry.
Who we're looking for
We're seeking highly motivated individuals who want to make a tangible impact and accelerate their careers. You should be:
- A revenue-driven relationship builder. You own new revenue and account expansion, sourcing and developing lasting partnerships with private equity firms that convert into new accounts, renewals, and referrals.
- A trusted account partner. You're the thought partner senior stakeholders at each firm turn to, with command of every engagement Entromy runs across their portfolio and a standard of professionalism and quality in every interaction.
- A strategic account expander. You identify the next use case and the next portfolio company, building the partnerships with PE partners that turn Entromy's presence at a firm into a deeper, firm-wide deployment.
- A product-fluent advisor. You know Entromy's capabilities well enough to map them to a portfolio company's needs, partner with Customer Success on strong client launches, and translate what you learn in the field into sharper product and delivery.
- A confident executive presence. You're comfortable facilitating discussions of Entromy's assessments with consulting and operating partners, and representing Entromy at the most senior levels of a private equity firm.
- A builder of Entromy's presence in private equity. You partner with marketing on community and brand-building, and develop your own thought leadership on the topics that matter most to this market.
