About the job
Join Entromy, a growing, cutting-edge management insights platform trusted by 89+ private equity firms and 850+ portfolio companies to de-risk value creation.
At Entromy, the quality of the customer experience is what earns the renewal. As a member of Customer Partnerships, you will be the strategic face of that experience for PE-backed portfolio companies: building relationships with CEOs and their leadership teams, delivering the executive debrief, and making sure every customer walks away knowing what their data means and what to do next. When the experience is excellent, customers renew and expand. Your success is measured by exactly that.
This is a role for an expert in business insights, not a traditional account manager or a consultant. You will sit between a technology platform and a white-glove service, translating organizational health, value creation plan, 360, and pulse survey data into a clear, human conversation. Our product is evolving quickly, and you will help shape it by taking what you learn from customers and turning it into the guardrails, playbooks, and features that make every future debrief better.
We are growing the team and hiring at more than one level, from Senior Associate to Associate Director. Whether you are building your career in customer-facing insights work or are an experienced leader ready to set the standard for how it is done, there is a place for you here
Key responsibilities
As a member of the Customer Partnerships team, you'll be at the heart of our customer relationships and growth:
Customer experience & delivery excellence
You'll own the customer's experience of the product, data, and insights from kickoff through the debrief. You'll learn each customer's context and goals, anticipate what matters to them, and catch risks early, so every engagement feels personal and every customer feels well taken care of.
Executive insights delivery
You'll deliver the keystone moment of each engagement, the debrief, turning organizational data into a strategic conversation tied to the customer's business. You'll prepare the narrative, anticipate the questions, and hold the room, including when the message is hard to hear.
Trusted relationships, renewals & expansion
You'll become the voice customers return to as their priorities evolve. By keeping each conversation anchored to the goals set at the start, you'll turn great delivery into renewals and deeper use of the platform across the accounts you serve, working with our PE Partnerships team where an opportunity extends beyond them.
Product & cross-team collaboration
You'll bring what customers need, what's missing, and what isn't resonating back to Product and Engineering, and help build your expertise into the platform itself. More experienced team members will also help define the debrief methodology and playbooks the whole team uses.
Survey setup, customization, and technical troubleshooting are handled by a dedicated team, so you can focus on strategic insight and relationships. As more PE firms roll Entromy out across their portfolios, you may also manage relationships with the firms and consulting partners themselves.
Who we're looking for
We're seeking highly motivated individuals who want to make a tangible impact and accelerate their careers. You should be:
- A delivery-first relationship builder. You know renewals and expansion follow excellent delivery, and you take pride in customers leaving a conversation clearer than they arrived.
- A translator of complex insight. You shape qualitative and quantitative data into a clear point of view rather than a data dump, and you can hold that view when a CEO disagrees.
- A confident expectation-setter. You can be clear about what the platform does, keep conversations tied to agreed goals, and still earn trust and the renewal.
- An executive presence. You are comfortable in front of CEOs, operating partners, and deal partners, and represent Entromy with credibility.
- A product-fluent collaborator. You can map our capabilities to a company's needs and enjoy working with Product and Engineering on what the platform builds next.
- Resilient and adaptable. You are energized by a high-growth, startup-like environment where the pace and ambiguity are part of the work.
